Title 4, Subtitle 7 (“Expiration of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article applies in the county without exception or variation.

In addition to the conditions stated in Title 4, Subtitle 7 of this article, a license expires in the county if a license holder: no longer uses the license; has the intention of terminating the business of the licensed premises; and has not timely filed: an application for a transfer to another location or another person under Subtitle 17 of this title; or an application for a certificate of permission or a renewal license for continuation of business under Subtitle 18 of this title.
