## Title 19. Dorchester County

### Subtitle 20. Hours and Days for Consumption and Sale

#### Section 19-2002

(a) Except as provided in Sec. 19-2006 of this subtitle, a holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on each day of the week, from 6 a.m. to midnight.

(b) A holder of a Class B beer (on-sale) license may sell beer:

  (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and

  (2) except as provided in Sec. 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.

(c) A holder of a Class C beer (on-sale) license may sell beer:

  (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and

  (2) except as provided in Sec. 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.

(d) A holder of a Class D beer (on-sale) license may sell beer:

  (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and

  (2) except as provided in Sec. 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.
