The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 8 (“Death of License Holder”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation: § 4–802 (“Expiration of license on death of license holder”); § 4–804 (“Transfer or reinstatement of license”); § 4–805 (“Rights of protest, revocation, suspension, and restriction”); and § 4–806 (“Refund”). Section 4–803 (“Certificate of permission or renewal license for continuation of business”) of Division I of this article applies in the county, subject to § 19–2302 of this subtitle.
