There is a Class B beer and wine license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption. A license issued on or before June 30, 2008, for on– and off–premises consumption, may be renewed but may not be transferred. The annual license fee is $350.
