There is a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on–premises consumption. In accordance with § 4–202 of this article, the Board may limit the number of Class D beer, wine, and liquor licenses to be issued. The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore. The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section. The annual license fee is $1,500.
