There is a fuel–alcohol permit. The permit authorizes the holder to establish a distilled spirits plant for the sole purpose to manufacture, process, store, use, or distribute distilled spirits exclusively for fuel. A permit holder may not establish a distilled spirits plant for beverage purposes.
