§ 4–1102 (“Corkage — Consuming wine not purchased from license holder on licensed premises”); and

§ 4–1103 (“Removal of partially consumed bottle of wine from licensed premises”).

§�4–1104 (“Refillable container permit — Draft beer”), subject to § 20–1104 of this subtitle;

§�4–1105 (“Refillable container permit — Wine”), subject to § 20–1105 of this subtitle; and

§ 4–1106 (“Nonrefillable container permit –– Draft beer”), subject to § 20–1106 of this subtitle.

a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.

An applicant for the permit shall submit to the Board an application on a form that the Board provides.

The Board may issue the permit without a public hearing.

If an initial permit application is denied, the applicant may request a public hearing before the Board.

Renewal of the permit may be made when the license holder’s Class A license is renewed.

12 total ounces of beer; or

6 total ounces of wine.

the quantity of beer and wine served to an individual; and

the number of bottles or other containers from which the quantity is served.

The permit authorizes the tasting of beer and wine only on the licensed premises of the holder.

The permit holder may not allow an open container to be taken from the licensed premises.

The permit holder may not serve open alcoholic beverages from a drive–through window.

Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the Board may issue the permit for use by a for–profit organization that publicizes, sells tickets for, organizes, operates, produces, or stages an event where alcoholic beverages are sold or served.

The permit holder may not hold an alcoholic beverages license under this article.

$50, if the promoter expects that fewer than 500 individuals will attend;

$250, if the promoter expects that from 500 to 1,000 individuals will attend;

$600, if the promoter expects that from 1,001 to 3,000 individuals will attend; and

$1,000, if the promoter expects that more than 3,000 individuals will attend.

Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annual permit fee is $50.

An applicant who has a refillable container permit may not be charged a fee for a nonrefillable container permit.
