### Subtitle 21. Revocation and Suspension of Licenses

#### Section 21-2103

Notwithstanding the mandatory revocation requirement for local licensing boards under Sec. 4-605(a) of this article, after a finding that an activity listed under Sec. 4-605(b) through (e) of this article has occurred, the Board may decide whether to revoke a license.
