### Subtitle 4. Manufacturer's Licenses

#### Section 21-403.1

A Class 9 limited distillery license may be issued to a holder of a Class B license that has:

(1) on-sale privileges for beer, wine, and liquor; and

(2) off-sale privileges for beer.
