### Subtitle 4. Manufacturer's Licenses

#### Section 21-403

(a) This section applies to a Class 1 distillery license in the county.

(b) A license holder may open on Sundays to engage in the activities listed in Sec. 2-202(c)(5) of this article only in an election district or a precinct in an election district where the voters, in a referendum authorized by law, have approved Sunday sales at a distillery.
