## Title 22. Harford County

### Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

#### Section 22-101

(a) In this title:

  (1) except as provided in subsection (e) of this section, the definitions in Sec. 1-101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and

  (2) the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Board" means the Board of License Commissioners for Harford County.

(c) "County" means Harford County.

(d) "Premises" includes all integral parts of the licensed premises, including any building, parking lot, terrace, and grounds.

(e) The definition of "restaurant" under Sec. 1-101 of this article applies in the county, subject to Sec. 22-103 of this subtitle.
