### Subtitle 2. Board of License Commissioners

#### Section 22-205

(a) Before the beginning of each fiscal year, the Board shall submit an annual budget to the County Council and County Executive for review.

(b) Except as provided under Sec. 22-206(b) of this subtitle, the budget is not subject to approval by the County Council or County Executive.
