Title 4, Subtitle 7 (“Expiration of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article applies in the county without exception or variation.

The Board may authorize the closing of a licensed premises for not more than 9 months if: the Board determines that the licensed premises is seasonally operated; and the license holder submits a written request to the Board at least 30 days before: the anticipated date of closing; and the anticipated date of reopening.
