Title 23. Howard County

Subtitle 18. Renewal of Licenses

If a license holder fails to file a license renewal application by April 1 of each year, the Board shall:

(1)

consider the license to be expired as of its termination date; or

(2)

impose a penalty on the license holder of $50 for each day the application is late.
