In this title: the definitions in § 1–101(b) through (y) and (aa) through (hh) of this article apply without exception or variation; and the definition of “restaurant” in § 1–101(z) of this article applies, subject to § 24–104 of this subtitle; and the following words have the meanings indicated. “Board” means the Board of License Commissioners for Kent County. “County” means Kent County.

This title applies only in Kent County.

A copy of any legislation concerning alcoholic beverages enacted by the County Commissioners under this title shall be sent to the Department of Legislative Services, 90 State Circle, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.

To qualify as a restaurant under this title, an establishment shall have average daily receipts from the sale of food that are at least 25% of the total average daily receipts of the establishment.
