Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article applies in the county without exception or variation.

The Board may suspend a license for a violation of this article for not less than 15 or more than 90 days. A petition for judicial review does not stay the order of the Board suspending a license.
