# Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis (GAB)

## Title 24. Kent County

### Subtitle 27. Prohibited Acts

#### Section 24-2705

(a) An individual under the age of 21 years may not:

  (1) enter the licensed premises; or

  (2) knowingly make a false statement concerning the individual's age to gain entrance to the establishment.

(b) An individual who violates subsection (a)(2) of this section:

  (1) shall be issued a citation under Sec. 10-119 of the Criminal Law Article by a police officer or alcoholic beverages inspector; and

  (2) is subject to the penalties provided in Sec. 10-119 of the Criminal Law Article.
