A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day. A holder of a Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: for on–premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and for off–premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day. Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B–K beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day. The license holder may not sell beer or wine after midnight if the licensed establishment is in a commercial area specified in § 25–1604(b)(1)(ii)9 through 13 of this title. A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. A holder of a Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: for on–premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and for off–premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day. A holder of a Class H beer and wine license may sell beer and wine for on–premises consumption on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
