# Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis (GAB)

## Title 25. Montgomery County

### Subtitle 3. Alcohol Beverage Services

#### Section 25-301

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Director" means the Director of the Services.

(c) "Dispensary" means a store established and maintained by the Services for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

(d) "Services" means the County Alcohol Beverage Services.
