## Title 25. Montgomery County

### Subtitle 3. Alcohol Beverage Services

#### Section 25-313

The Department of Finance shall:

(1) keep accurate records of all purchases of alcoholic beverages; and

(2) prepare and forward to the County Executive and County Council an annual report for the previous fiscal year.
