### Subtitle 14. Applications for Licenses

#### Section 26-1408

In addition to the statement required under Sec. 4-109(a)(9) of this article, an applicant for a license shall include a signed statement that if the application is made on behalf of a corporation, that neither the applicant nor any of the stockholders of the corporation have been convicted of a felony.
