The Board shall charge an application fee for a new license. The application fee does not apply to the renewal or transfer of a license for the same premises. The application fee is $300 and in addition to any other fee required for a license. The application fee may not be refunded whether the license is issued or denied. The Board shall use the application fee to cover its expenses.
