### Subtitle 16. Licensing Conditions; Multiple Licensing Plans

#### Section 26-1606

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section and Sec. 26-1616(b)(2) of this subtitle, the Board may not issue a license for use on the site of a movie theater.

(b) This section does not prohibit the issuance of a Class B-DH (drafthouse) license for use on the site of a drafthouse, as defined in Sec. 26-1007 of this title.
