### Subtitle 17. Transfer of Licenses; Substitution of Names on License

#### Section 26-1705

A hearing on an application for a license transfer shall occur and follow the requirements for a hearing on an application for a new license under Sec.Sec. 26-1511 through 26-1513 of this title.
