### Subtitle 18. Renewal of Licenses

#### Section 26-1809

Notwithstanding Sec. 26-1509 of this title, the holder of a license that has an off-sale privilege may renew the license if the holder of the license is:

(1) an establishment commonly known as a chain store, supermarket, or discount house; or

(2) a franchisor, franchisee, or concessionaire of the establishment.
