# Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis (GAB)

## Title 26. Prince George's County

### Subtitle 27. Prohibited Acts

#### Section 26-2706

(a) An individual may possess an alcoholic beverage in an open container on private property described under Sec. 6-322(a)(1) of this article only if the individual possesses and presents the written consent of the owner of the property.

(b) An individual charged with a misdemeanor under Sec. 6-322 of this article shall comply with the command in the charging document to appear in court by appearing in court in person.
