## Title 27. Queen Anne's County

### Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

#### Section 27-101

(a) In this title:

  (1) the definitions in Sec. 1-101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and

  (2) the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Board" means the Board of License Commissioners for Queen Anne's County.

(c) "County" means Queen Anne's County.

#### Section 27-102

This title applies only in Queen Anne's County.

#### Section 27-103

A copy of any legislation concerning alcoholic beverages enacted by the County Commissioners under this title shall be sent to the Department of Legislative Services, 90 State Circle, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
