### Subtitle 14. Applications for Licenses

#### Section 28-1408

An individual is eligible to sign the petition of support required under Sec. 4-110 of this article that must be included as part of an application for a license if the individual:

(1) owns real property within 5 miles of the premises for which the license is sought; and

(2) is a registered voter in the county.
