An establishment not licensed by the Board, at a location under the control or possession of the establishment, may not: sell or serve alcoholic beverages to a member or guest; keep alcoholic beverages for a member or guest; allow a customer to consume or to be served alcoholic beverages from the supplies that the customer has previously purchased or reserved; or sell, serve, keep, or allow to be consumed setups or other component parts of mixed alcoholic drinks to a member or guest. A person who operates an establishment for profit that is not licensed under this article may not knowingly allow a customer to bring alcoholic beverages for consumption into or on the grounds of the establishment. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.

From 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on any day, an individual may not consume alcoholic beverages in: an establishment open to the public; a place of public entertainment; or a place at which setups or other component parts of mixed alcoholic beverages are sold under a license issued under the Business Regulation Article. An owner or a manager of an establishment or a place specified in subsection (a) of this section may not knowingly allow consumption of alcoholic beverages between the hours specified in subsection (a) of this section. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.
