Sections 6–308 and 6–319 of this article do not apply to: a Class C beer license, beer and wine license, or beer, wine, and liquor license issued to a bona fide religious, fraternal, civic, veterans’, hospital, or charitable organization; or a license issued to an outdoor motor sports facility that is located in Mechanicsville or Budds Creek.
