### Subtitle 24. Judicial Review

#### Section 29-2402

In addition to the requirements of Sec. 4-903 of this article with respect to the payment of all costs incident to a hearing before the Board, a person that petitions for judicial review of a decision of the Board to the circuit court shall pay to the Board a fee of $100.
