There is a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail at the place described in the license: beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption; and beer and wine for off–premises consumption. The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore. The annual license fee is $1,265.
