There is an amusement park beer license. The Board may issue the license to the operator of an amusement park, whether an individual, an association of individuals, or a corporation. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at one or more locations within the confines of the park. The license holder may sell beer from 8 a.m. to midnight on every day from May 1 to September 30 of each year, except Sundays and election days. Sections 4–203, 4–204, and 4–205 of this article do not apply to a license issued under this section. The annual license fee is $100.
