## Title 31. Washington County

### Subtitle 17. Transfer of Licenses; Substitution of Names on License

#### Section 31-1703

On the transfer of a license, the Board shall impose a fee of:

(1) $400 each time the license is transferred; and

(2) $100 each time the transfer is advertised.
