There is a Class C beer and wine license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine to a member of a club and guests of members, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption. Subtitles 14 and 15 of this title and § 3–102 of the General Provisions Article do not apply to an applicant for the license. The annual license fee is $200. The fee for a Sunday permit is $250.
