A local licensing board may issue a per diem license for the periods and at the fees specified in this subtitle or by the local licensing board. An application for a per diem license shall be: on the form that the Executive Director requires; and signed and sworn to by the applicant. A per diem license may be issued only if the issuance of a regular license of the same class is authorized.
