### Subtitle 2. Enforcement

#### Section 6-210

(a) A political subdivision of the State may not adopt an ordinance or a resolution identical to or in addition to Sec. 6-320 of this title.

(b) An existing ordinance, resolution, or other legislation adopted by a political subdivision of the State that is inconsistent with Sec. 6-320 of this title is repealed.
