Title 9. Allegany County

Subtitle 14. Applications for Licenses

(a)

The Board shall process and the Director of Finance shall collect the fees.

(b)

From the fees collected from licenses issued to a business in a municipality, the Director of Finance shall:

(1)

credit 5% to the general fund of the county to cover administrative costs; and

(2)

pay 50% of the remaining fees to the municipality where the business is located.
