The Board shall process and the Director of Finance shall collect the fees. From the fees collected from licenses issued to a business in a municipality, the Director of Finance shall: credit 5% to the general fund of the county to cover administrative costs; and pay 50% of the remaining fees to the municipality where the business is located.
