### Subtitle 5. Wholesaler's Licenses

#### Section 9-505

The holder of a Class 1 or Class 2 wholesaler's license may not sell liquor in a container smaller than 23 ounces or 680 milliliters to a holder of a per diem license issued under Sec. 9-1307 of this title.
