There is a Class A beer and light wine license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine, at retail, at the place described in the license. The license holder shall sell the beer and light wine in a sealed package or container. The package or container may not be opened and its contents may not be consumed on: the premises where the beer or light wine is sold; or a premises in which the license holder has a direct or indirect interest. The annual license fee is $150.

A Class B beer and light wine license may not be issued in the county.

There is a Class B–MB (micro–brewery/restaurant) license. The Board may issue the license to a holder of a Class 7 micro–brewery license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail: beer and light wine by the drink or bottle and liquor by the drink for on–premises consumption, including: in a banquet room or banquet facility that is on the licensed premises; and on a patio that is part of the licensed premises as evidenced by lease documents or by agreement of the owner of the licensed premises; and beer and light wine by the bottle for off–premises consumption. The hours and days of sale are: for on–premises consumption: from Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and on Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and for off–premises consumption, from Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. The annual license fee is $900.

There is a Class C beer and light wine license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on– and off–premises consumption. The annual license fee is $150.

There is a Class D beer and light wine license. The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on– and off–premises consumption. The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore. The annual license fee is $210.
