## Title 10. Promotion and Identification of Agricultural Products

### Subtitle 15. Production Credits for Renewable Fuels

#### Section 10-1501

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Biodiesel" means an alternative motor fuel produced from a renewable resource such as vegetable oil or animal fat.

(c) "Ethanol" means fermented ethyl alcohol derived from agricultural or forest products.

(d)

  (1) "Small grains" means a winter grain crop.

  (2) "Small grains" includes wheat, rye, triticale, oats, and hulled or hull-less barley.
