### Subtitle 3. State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners

#### Section 2-315

(a) The Board may bring an action for an injunction against a person who violates any provision of this subtitle.

(b) An action for an injunction under this section is in addition to, and not instead of, disciplinary actions taken under Sec. 2-310 of this subtitle or the imposition of civil penalties under Sec. 2-310.1 of this subtitle.
