## Title 10.5. Oil and Gas Land Professionals

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 10.5-102

Except as otherwise provided in Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a person may not operate as a land professional in the State unless the person registers with the Department and is issued a registration certificate under this title.
