An applicant for admission to the Bar shall submit to the Board a petition to the Supreme Court of Maryland on the form that the Board provides. An applicant shall pay to the Board: an examination fee, as set by the Supreme Court of Maryland, not exceeding: $250 for fiscal year 2009; and $400 for fiscal year 2010 and thereafter; and any other fee set by the Supreme Court of Maryland.
