Title 12. Plumbers

Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

The purposes of this title are to:

(1)

protect the integrity of the potable water supply;

(2)

provide for the efficient and safe discharge of storm drainage and sanitary drainage; and

(3)

ensure that qualified individuals carry out items (1) and (2) of this section.
