An applicant for a license shall: submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board provides; and except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, pay to the Board or the Board’s designee an examination fee set by the Board for: a master plumber license, a journey plumber license, or a master natural gas fitters license, in an amount not to exceed the cost of the required examination; an apprentice plumber license or apprentice natural gas fitters license; a propane gas fitter certificate; a journeyman natural gas fitters license; or a master natural gas fitters license without examination.
