## Title 16. Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies, and Home Inspectors

### Subtitle 2. State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies, and Home Inspectors

#### Section 16-214

On request, the Commission shall issue a document of good standing to a licensed real estate appraiser trainee, licensed real estate appraiser, certified real estate appraiser, or licensed home inspector who:

(1) is in good standing in the State; and

(2) pays the issuance fee set by the Commission.
