In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Commission may: sponsor research and other educational activities about real estate appraising or home inspecting; adopt any regulation to carry out the provisions of this title; review and approve any on-site training programs, including programs that have been approved by national home inspection organizations; keep a record of its proceedings; and adopt an official seal to authenticate its proceedings, official records, licenses, and certificates.
