Title 16. Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies, and Home Inspectors

Subtitle 3A. Licensing of Home Inspectors

If an applicant qualifies for a home inspector license under this title, the Commission shall send the applicant a notice that states:

(1)

the applicant has qualified for the license; and

(2)

the Commission will issue the home inspector license to an applicant upon receipt of a license fee set by the Commission.
